Welcome lovely Candice to our team

Candice’s passion for exercise and movement began when she was growing up playing sports, especially tennis. Over the years suffering from injuries she quickly realized the importance of keeping physically strong and flexible and saw the intertwining relationship of physical and mental health affecting the wellbeing of her and many others around her.

With an inspiration to help others, Candice went on to study a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Melbourne. Now with 10 years experience in private practice, she enjoys supporting her clients with an encouraging and empathic nature to gain confidence and trust back in their bodies.

She utilizes education, exercise therapy and manual therapy techniques including massage, dry needling and taping, tailored to each individual to maximize injury recovery, injury prevention, and improve overall health and function - so that her clients can return back to the activities, hobbies and sports they love doing!  Some of her interest areas include low back pain, hip pain and shoulder pain.

Candice has completed international Pilates training courses including Polestar Pilates, and DMA and loves teaching individual, and small group pilates classes. She is truly passionate about Pilates as it can be individually tailored to benefit all bodies and abilities, from beginner to advanced, injury to injury-free clients in a fun and supportive environment.

After noticing how common pelvic floor related problems were in the community, she went on to study a postgraduate qualification in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation at Melbourne University. She wants clients to know that there is help out there, and not to suffer in silence.
